Representatives from LARDIN (the Legacy Action and Royal Development Initiatives) participating in a capacity-building workshop on sexual and reproductive health rights, which is organized by IYEC (Integrated Youth Empowerment Cameroon) in collaboration with Amplify Change, today, September 5, 2024. The primary objective of this workshop was to train youth leaders from the Mikindi and Wovia communities in Limbe II, Cameroon, to advocate for changes that will provide marginalized out-of-school girls with access to sexual and reproductive health services in the country.
LARDIN, with some of it's aim to empower underprivileged girls, promote education, health, and gender equality, and has seized this opportunity to strengthen its community youth leaders. As young girls and parents, it is important for us to understand our sexual and reproductive health rights as well as those of our girl adolescent child.
