Team work is success! On the 5th of October 2024, LARDIN’s Executive Director, Ms Musi proudly participated at the JustLikeYou Global Foundation, 2024 annual hiking event at the Greenbelt Perimeter Trail Park in Maryland in support of LARDIN’s GBV approach and one of UNITED NATION’S (UN) Sustainable Development Goals.

This event was held to promote domestic violence awareness and prevention in our African community. This activity was nature’s therapy. It was a release of fresh air, breathtaking views and a good workout.

Other topics like mental health, cancer and blood pressure were discussed. Another topic was Self Love. Women were encouraged to pamper themselves first before others.
