Empower Her Future 2026: Girls’ Leadership, Education and Innovation Summit

Limbe, Cameroon — Legacy Action and Royal Development Initiatives (LARDIN) is pleased to announce the upcoming Empower Her Future 2026 Girls’ Leadership, Education and Innovation Summit, scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Trinity Hotel in Limbe, Cameroon.

Held under the inspiring theme “Educated. Empowered. Equipped to Lead,” the summit reflects LARDIN’s commitment to advancing education, gender equality, leadership development, and opportunities for girls and young women to become confident leaders and active contributors to their communities.

The summit will bring together girls and young women, mentors, community leaders, educators, development advocates, and other stakeholders for a day of learning, inspiration, dialogue, and empowerment.

Building confidence, leadership, and opportunity

Empower Her Future 2026 aims to equip girls and young women, particularly those aged 13–24, with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to navigate challenges, pursue their ambitions, and contribute meaningfully to society.

The summit will focus on key areas, including:

• Leadership and mentorship: encouraging girls to discover their potential, build confidence, and develop leadership skills.
• Education and career development: promoting access to quality education and helping participants explore future academic and professional opportunities.
• Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM): introducing participants to innovation, technology, and emerging opportunities, including artificial intelligence.
• Financial literacy and economic empowerment: building awareness of financial responsibility, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.
• Personal safety and well-being: promoting self-awareness, informed decision-making, personal protection, and supportive relationships.
• Environmental leadership and community innovation: inspiring young women to become champions of climate action, environmental sustainability, and community development.
